Call for Papers

International Conference on Intelligent Systems and
Computational Strategies in Engineering and Technology (ICICET 2025)

We are pleased to invite researchers, academicians, industry experts, and practitioners to submit their original research papers to the International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Computational Strategies in Engineering and Technology (ICICET 2025), taking place August 29-30, 2025, in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This hybrid conference will serve as a premier platform to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging trends, and foster collaboration in the field of intelligent systems, computational strategies, and engineering technologies.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in Scopus-indexed proceedings, ensuring global visibility and impact. Selected papers may also be invited for extended versions in indexed journals.

Accepted Papers & Presentation Modes

ICICET 2025 only accepts research papers and abstracts can be presented through:

  • On-site Presentation (Recommended for better networking and engagement)
  • Online Presentation (For those unable to attend in person)

While authors may choose their preferred presentation mode, in-person participation is highly encouraged.

Publication & Indexing

All accepted and presented full papers will be published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings with a unique DOI. Papers will also be submitted for indexing in EI Compendex, ISI, SCOPUS, and other leading digital libraries. Selected high-quality papers will be invited for extended versions in indexed journals.

Submission Guidelines

  • All submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Papers should be formatted according to Springer guidelines. Non-compliance may result in rejection.
  • Submissions must be made via the Microsoft CMT online submission system (Link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICICET2025).
  • All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two independent international reviewers.
  • A plagiarism check will be conducted as per Springer plagiarism guidelines.
  • The registration fee covers up to 5 pages; additional pages will incur extra charges.
